I have another review for the robot where I said, that the costumer service is bad, but it seems like my email programm is bad

Good product, bad customer service

The robot itself is of great quality and works perfectly, but after a while one of my motors broke down and so I wrote to WLkata and they wrote me in the worst English that they couldn't help me and apparently got me on my block Added to the list because they don't seem to write back to me anymore...
