We encourage customers to place comments on their orders, after they have had exchanges via the support center, in the forum, and on our blogs. Comments are often to suggest new products, change our procedures or simply describe a positive or negative experience with RobotShop – everything is welcome. Even if RobotShop had every conceivable product available, we would not get very far unless customers liked us and wanted to come back. Here’s just a few of the many comments we received this week:
