A company founded by Rodney Brooks (who founded iRobot), Heartland Robotics, just hired Scott Eckert as CEO.
Scott Eckert is a former executive of Dell, and a guru of online sales.
He also founded and directed Motion Computing.
He will replace Patrick Sobalvarro at Heartland Robotics.
Heartland Robotics is supported by Jeff Bezos (the founder of Amazon) and Charles River Ventures.
The start-up company, which specialized in industrial robots, raised 7 million dollars in 2009.

I am trying to find a friend of mine that I lost contact with many years ago
Her name was Sherry Finch and she married a Scott Eckert and moved to the Chicago area if I remember right
She worked at U of M hospitals and moved in with me until her apt in Canton was ready
If you know anything about her I would live to get in touch with her
