The Johnny Robot GM Track Kit is a complete track kit ideally suited for making small tank driven robots. The sprocket press fits directly on GM2, GM3, GM8 or GM9 shafts. The center to center distance (center of drive sprocket to center of idler sprocket) is 3.25”. Although the tracks can be used outside, they are ideally suited for indoor use such as on carpet or regular flooring. Use the Johnny Robot extra links and sprockets to customize the track lengths and configurations.
Note: The cogs are a snug press fit on the GM2,3 but are a very tight fit on the GM8,9. You may need to file the plastic motor output shaft to help you mount the cog.
