iXs Research Corporation introduces the Kondo KMR-M6 Hexapod Walking Robot. This six-legged hexapod robot is designed specifically for hobbyists and comes in a kit form. It scurries like a spider, waving a leg when it encounters an obstacle and stepping gingerly to ensure even footing. It features two servos per leg, one for vertical control and other for horizontal, which reduces price.
It can handle uneven terrain, although it is pretty influential to watch it march on a flat surface. This Hexapod Robot will walk inside or outside, on carpet or gravel.
