Robotic Specialist (technicians and engineers)
The Robotic Specialist has good knowledge of the technology involved in the construction of a mobile robot. He has good knowledge of embedded robotic systems integrating microcontrollers, sensors and actuators. He is also very comfortable and interested in working with computer systems.
The Robotic Specialist is passionate about technology, a handyman on his own time, but especially enjoys sharing his knowledge with others. He has a strong capacity to visualize a robotic application in order to identify the technology required. He is an excellent oral and written communicator and gives value to helping people choose the correct technology for a project.
The Robotic Specialist is a bit of a dreamer; he is connected to and enjoys being surrounded with new technology. He is active in robotic community forums and believes firmly in RobotShop's mission and wants to share it with the world.

Responsibilities:

- Supervise listing of products and management of the quality of the descriptions and content.
- Responsible for support, training, integration, etc.
- Receipt of customer queries, responsible for submitting solutions and quotes.
- Business development, document editing.

Programmer analyst
The analyst programmer is part of the development team and will take part in every phases of creating web applications such as MyRobots.com (Facebook for Robots), RobotShop.com (eCommerce platform - Amazon for everything robotic) and or in-house AI named WiBot created for assisting every internal operations. All development projects are built with the latest technologies and thus the programmer must keep himself up-to-date on web development technologies and use the latest innovations to produce flexible, maintainable and effective applications at every level.
