  • Actobotics Aluminum Channel 12
    Nice stuff!
    Review by Nick
I'm in the process of building a robotic claw / gripper and this aluminum channel is perfect for the arm assembly. See my project here http://techlab2020.co.uk/

HI,

Which Hitec servo is recommended (suggested) for use with the various “Actobotics' Hitec pinion Gears”, that you stock, for continues rotation? I am interested in mini and normal sizes, and I would rather not modify the servo myself. (Unless their is no choice).

Thanks

... Teensy 3.1. I'm going to have an Arduino Due next week, when my latest RoboShop order arrives. I'm also going to hopefully start working with the Actobotics set soon - there is an adapter (RB-Sct-357) I believe will allow mixing that and the SES. :) 8-Dale

J'avais choisi ce modèle là: http://www.robotshop.com/eu/fr/moyeu-servomoteur-futaba-actobotics-12.html mais il semble que je ne puisse pas le fixer à l'aide d'une vis à la cannelure du servo. ... we suggest you take a look at the Robotic Construction Kits category. If you want to use Arduino, and include a variety of sensors, then VEX or Actobotics are your best choices. Note that neither kit directly use an Arduino, but it would be fairly easy to adapt one to either kit.

Excellent! We'll add this product to our catalog shortly. No, we did not have it at the time of the original post (nor was it in the Aug 27 price list)

VEX, Lynxmotion, Actobotics and the Stacker all use standard hobby servo motors. The only difference will be the design and the weight. Actobotics brackets will be on the heavy side.
