    Happy Customer!
    Review by C_Manner
Our Neato robot was scheduled to clean our house M-F at 8:00 a.m. and after a year we started seeing the error message, "Wheel stuck." There was nothing stuck in the wheel so we ordered a motor; it shipped same day, arrived promptly, and was easy to install. The message cleared out and we're very pleased to have our little butler back on a regular cleaning schedule.

Hi Julie, me again.
I think my Neato is still in the warranty period. But I had the motor removed and cleaned and nit still doesn't work. Does the fact that I removed and cleaned it makes the warranty void?

Thanks,

Jose Roberto

Hi, I have a Neato xv 11 and it says the brush is stuck all the time. I have cleared everything to make sure nothing is blocking it. Should I get a new brush motor? If yes, is there anywhere in Edmonton where I can get one or do I have to order online?

Thanks,
