The wheel encoders are found in the robots wheels so it is usually hard to see if there is an issue. If you let the Scooba clean for a few minutes, does it eventually stop with a series of beeps? Do the wheels turn well by hand? Are they turning during the encoder test? It is possible ...

Well the problem persists and after running the BIT (built in test) it turns out the Tank LED and Brush LEDs are not operational either.

I am going to return this Scooba to the seller and find one in better condition.

Sorry to hear that you are having problems with your Scooba. The grinding noice could come from a few areas. We suggest that you remove and clean your Scooba brush. Please also verify the wheels. You can flip the robot on its back with the tank removed ...

Bonjour, le chargeur externe pour Scooba a été discontinué par le manufacturier. Il n'est malheureusement plus disponible et nous n'avons pas de nouvelles concernant un chargeur compatible avec le Scooba 390 dans le futur.
