Lynxmotion AL5D 4 Degrees of Freedom Robotic Arm (Hardware Only)

I have ordered the AL5D system with a little modification due the components back order. I called sale support and got very patient help but no push for sales. I knew I will have technical issues because of the mixed components. But I had great technical support excellent experience again as I expected. We finally setup a working arm system. I am sure we will have more issue but I am confident they will be resolved with the knowledgeable tech support again. I give 4 star because the claw could be better quality.

J'ai commandé le système AL5D avec une petite modification en raison des commandes en souffrance. Mais j’ai eu à nouveau une excellente expérience du support technique, comme prévu. Nous avons finalement mis en place un système de bras fonctionnel. Je suis sûr que nous aurons plus de problèmes, mais je suis convaincu qu'ils seront à nouveau résolus avec le support technique compétent. Je donne 4 étoiles car la griffe pourrait être de meilleure qualité.
