Help cant connect hart to hart to rcb-4hv

Trying to zero out servo i have rcb connected to serial cable to battery to servo to pc when i run software it dissconnect me when trying to ram says its connected to the right com port and right speed when i turn power on the red and green light comes on then off cant move nothing i see numbers being generated when i try to move servo thats it
