Power Draw On Idle?

Do the servo motors in the kit RB-Sct-163 require power to hold position when idling? Specifically I am wondering how much if any power is consumed by the servos in this kit when they are holding a specific position.

These are beefy servos, and the current draw depends on the weight being supported, and the angle. The pan servo won't consume much since the weight is just resting on it (in theory it won't consume anything at rest). The tilt servo maay consume up to 1A (The 785HB datasheet says 1500mA to 1800mA stall current).
