    Default Autopetfeeder timer FD60-U8

My timer never switches off. Even when I switch the mode to Auto or Off, the right light stays on and the motor continues to go. As well, when I delete all of the different ON/OFF settings (ie. there is no timer schedule selected in any of the eight slots), the timer still continues to whir along no matter if the timer is set to ON, OFF or AUTO. What's going on? The problem started when I ordered a new base recently...is the ERGO systems FD60-U8 not functional with the new feeders?

    thanks

Sorry to hear that you are having problems with your new Autopetfeeder timer. The red light should certainly not stay on when the timer is in the off position. Have you tried reseting the timer? There is a reset button on the front of the timer. This would be the first thing to try. If the problem remains, please contact us via our support center and we will replace your timer under warranty.
