This is the iViewHD 2MP IP Camera. It connects to a Power over Ethernet (PoE) network switch, such as the NetMedia POEmax, for distribution across a local computer network or the Internet. It provides live viewing of its Motion JPEG (MJPEG) images through various web browsers such as Apple Safari, Mozilla Firefox, and Google Chrome. It features a sleek aluminum housing design to meet your home or business security needs. It's easy to set up. It comes with one year limited warranty. Live viewing plus recording and playback are also available through Network Video Recorders (NVRs) that support MJPEG video streams and manual/custom/generic camera command strings.
Because iViewHD cameras use standard Ethernet cabling infrastructure (CAT5), they are ideal in environments where networking cabling is already installed. New installations are also easier than traditional video cameras, due to the use of a single cable for both power and video. The cameras are configured using a standard web browser. Various camera parameters can be set up and saved using a web page.
