Overall a very good board to use.

I have nothing really bad to say about this board. I think the 'only' complaint was one board (out of 12) had a funny on/off switch where it would turn back on after being turned off.
I would have probably preferred a beefier motor controller but to be honest this is good enough for the price.

We are teaching a class with this board and so far so good.

Good product, great value

This board was my first purchase from RobotShop and all went well. The shipping was reasonable (I didn't buy enough to get free shipping). The Make Pi kit is really nice compared to other microcontroller boards I've purchased in the past. It has a lot of features and seems to be well made. The included extras (rubber feet, Grove header cables, etc) add real value to what is already a very reasonably priced board. I've tinkered a bit with the board using Thonny to run small scripts. The lights and buzzer are great. Still need to try out the motor controller and servo features. Definitely recommended.
