The board is equipped with an Ultra-Low-Power AI Wi-Fi IP Camera SoC, which is recognized globally for its rapid boot-up time in milliseconds and ultra-low power in microampere. It supports battery-powered, AI & IoT Ecosystems and multiple streams real-time H.265/H.264/JPEG encoding. The Software Development Kit (SDK) is compatible with free RTOS, IAR, GCC, and Arduino IDE.
The RTL8735BDM is a highly integrated low-power 802.11 a/b/g/n WLAN and Bluetooth camera SoC. It amalgamates an arm® v8M MCU (500MHz and 2.23 DMIPS/MHz), DualBand Wi-Fi, Bluetooth BLE5, audio codec, ISP and H264/H265 encoder, DDR2 128MB memory, and a neural network intelligent engine into a single chip. It also offers high-speed connectivity interfaces, such as a USB 2.0 host, USB 2.0 device, SD host, and a multitude of configurable GPIOs which are configured as digital peripherals for various applications and control usage.
This board is not limited to designing a wireless network camera. The RTL8735B internal NN engine can be utilized to deploy edge AI devices, intelligent equipment, object detection, audio recognition, facial recognition, and AI models by Yolov4-Tiny, Tesnsorflow-Lite, and more.
