The Programmable 4x4x4 RGB LED Mood Cube Kit comes with everything you need in order to build your own 4x4x4 RGB LED Mood Cube. The Cube is composed of 64 8mm RGB LEDs that can produce any light colour you desire. These lights are individually controlled using a Seeedstudio Rainbowduino LED Driver Platform (Atmega 328) which is an Arduino compatible controller board with professional LED driving capacity. By including various user friendly features from hardware setup to programming, it makes LED applications easier and more reliable. These lights are powered by a Wall Adapter Power Supply - 9VDC 650mA which allows you to power your circuits with 9V, 650A(max) uninterrupted power.
The Rainbowduino can be programmed using the included USB A to Mini B Cable.
Lots of soldering is required for this kit. It is ideal for those wanting to have razor-sharp soldering skills.
