The Banebots 6V 217RPM 13oz-in Spur Gearmotor w/FF-030 Motor is custom made for robotic applications. The gearbox features all metal spur gears and this motor has an extra long shaft making it easy to integrate into your design. The mounting holes are tapped for standard 2-56 threads so you don't need to worry about metric threads.

IMPORTANT NOTE:
Mounting a large load to the end of an unsupported shaft may damage the gear motor! The shafts on these motors are supported by two ball bearings making them fairly rugged; however, we do not recommend them to be used with large overhung loads. We recommend using a design that supports the end of the shaft. If it is not possible to support the end of the shaft, we recommend mounting the load as close to the face of the gear motors as possible and cutting the shaft to length.
