The Roboblock Ant #1 Robot Kit has a 6-legged robot. This Ant robot walks perceiving obstacles in front by using tactile sensor, infrared sensor, Emitting 2ea, Receiving 1ea(Emitting[EL-1K] and Receiving[ST-1K]). This operates with three servo motors, and user can program to move forward, backward, and turn to the right or left. Also this is designed to be remote-controlled by RF transmitting & receiving module. The program can be downloaded with ISP cable only without Rom-writer.
The soldering is not needed since this product is fully assembled. The Base program is installed in AT89S51 CPU. User can learn how 6-legged robot walks. Purchase half-assembled products for assembling education.
