The SparkFun Triple Axis Accelerometer Breakout - BMA400 (Qwiic) features a 3-axis acceleration sensor ideal for ultra-low-power applications on a user-friendly Qwiic breakout board. As the first genuine ultra-low power acceleration sensor, the BMA400 is suitable for wearable and smart home applications. Its ability to distinguish between critical situations and false signals helps avoid false alarms.

The Qwiic system enables seamless integration into I2C systems without soldering, and the breakout includes 0.1"-spaced PTH pins for traditional soldered connections. With a full-scale acceleration range of ±2/±4/±8/±16g and low current consumption, the BMA400 from Bosch Sensortech offers a comprehensive feature set for on-chip interrupts.

The SparkFun Qwiic Connect System is an ecosystem of I2C sensors, actuators, shields, and cables designed for efficient prototyping and reduced errors, utilizing a common 1mm pitch, 4-pin JST connector.
