Andy is programmed through the pressing of large, user-friendly buttons located on the top of its head, eliminating the need for an app or tablet. The robot's movements can be controlled directly through the use of arrow keys, or by entering a sequence of up to 30 movements via the 'Go' button. Andy is equipped with lights and two movement modes, allowing it to travel varying distances based on the selected mode. The robot comes with nine robot cards that can be used to play a game once the user has grasped how Andy moves.
