La Plataforma HDZ para Shapeoko 3 (Carbide Motion PCB 2.4d+) es una mejora premium diseñada para mejorar el rendimiento de la máquina CNC Shapeoko 3. Este ensamblaje de eje Z/X de servicio pesado está fresado con precisión para reemplazar el carro X/Z existente, ofreciendo mayor rigidez y manteniendo la altura libre original del eje Z. Está diseñado alrededor de un tornillo de bolas y rieles lineales, facilitando un movimiento suave incluso con husillos más pesados.
Esta mejora proporciona 150 mm de recorrido en el eje Z y cuenta con una robusta placa trasera de aluminio mecanizado de 15 mm. Es particularmente adecuada para acomodar husillos pesados de 2,2 kW, soportados por un nuevo soporte de 80 mm. El kit incluye interruptores de proximidad inductivos y soportes para los ejes X, Y y Z, asegurando un soporte integral de Carbide 3D y Carbide Motion.
El kit de la plataforma HDZ se entrega pre-ensamblado, lo que lo hace 95% listo para la instalación. Los únicos componentes requeridos del conjunto existente son el soporte del husillo y los interruptores de límite. Es importante tener en cuenta que esta mejora requiere un cambio a los interruptores de proximidad de homing incluidos, y es compatible solo con máquinas equipadas con Carbide Motion PCB versión 2.4d o superior.
Nota: Asegúrese de tener aproximadamente 270 mm de espacio libre desde la parte superior del riel X si la máquina está encerrada.

If you are not satisfied for whatever reason with a Product you bought on the Site, it is possible to return it for refund within 30 days from the date you received it unless otherwise indicated in the Product listing. (‘’RA’’) numbers are valid for 30 days, within which time the returned Products should be received by the Vendor. No returns will be accepted without having previously obtained an (‘’RA’’) number. The Product must then be returned in its original packaging (in perfect condition for resale) with its receipt and your (‘’RA’’) number. Reimbursement will be denied for any Products which do not conform to the above mentioned conditions.
Build-it-yourself Robot Parts are not refundable once assembled. Robots & Kits requiring assembly or soldering are also not refundable once assembled, soldered or modified in any way. All sales of robotic software and apps are final and cannot be refunded or exchanged. Returns are not accepted on special orders and clearance items except when they are found defective, in which case the Product may be repaired or replaced at the Vendor’s discretion. 20% Restocking fees may apply if you are returning a large quantity of the same Product that was ordered specifically for you from the manufacturer.
Please note that all items will be reimbursed within 7 to 14 days of receiving the Product (shipping fees excluded). You must also cover the cost of returning the Product. Shipping fees will only be refunded if the return is a result of a shipping error on our part. Cleaning fees of USD 100 may also be charged if a domestic robot is returned and has not been properly cleaned.
