The AndyMark EVO Shifter am14u Family Hex Shaft, StageA 2 Stage - 07.56:1 Ratio, StageB 2 Stage - 04.77:1 Ratio represents a significant advancement in shifting transmission gearboxes. This two-speed, shift-on-the-fly gearbox incorporates an enhanced 4-tooth dog shifting mechanism, allowing for seamless transitions between gears. It is compatible with two CIM or NEO motors and can be configured with either two or three interior stages, offering flexibility in output shaft selection. The gearbox is delivered assembled, though motors are not pre-installed.

Notable improvements include a robust 1/8" diameter shoulder screw and a dog gear made from AMPCO® 18 Bronze, which provides increased strength and lubricity compared to previous stainless steel designs. The gearbox features a super-strong shift block assembly with a larger bearing and threaded steel housing, enhancing durability. The input stage utilizes 32 DP gears and a 15-tooth pinion gear, achieving a high 85:15 first stage reduction. Users can independently select high and low ratios, with the option to swap ratios as needed. Additional encoder options are available, including the US Digital E4T and the CTRE SRX mag encoder.

The EVO Shifter is designed with aggressive weight reduction features and allows for easy assembly and disassembly due to uniform cluster gear features. An optional third stage provides additional ratio choices. The gearbox can be mounted to an AM14U family chassis or a 2"x1" box tube frame. It employs a pneumatic shift method powered by a spring-extend pneumatic cylinder, enabling shifts during acceleration, pushing, or deceleration.

Note: Ensure proper greasing and break-in procedures are followed for optimal performance and longevity.
