The BlueRobotics WetLink Penetrator - LC (5 Pack) (M10 - 8.5 mm) is a compression gland cable penetrator designed to seal electrical cables as they pass into a device or enclosure. This next-generation solution offers a low-cost, high-pressure, and highly reliable method for sealing electrical cables, rated to a depth of 95 meters (3,116 feet). Unlike traditional subsea connectors or penetrators, it provides validated reliability at a fraction of the cost.

The WetLink Penetrator is notable for its ease of installation, requiring no adhesives, potting compounds, or rubber molding. The installation process involves compressing a cable and rubber seal into a bulkhead to form a high-pressure seal, which also secures the cable against being pulled out. This simplicity is complemented by meticulous attention to detail, ensuring absolute reliability.

Extensive testing and validation have been conducted, including exposure to high pressure, extreme temperatures, high electrical current, accelerated aging, and mechanical strain. These rigorous tests confirm the products reliability under various conditions. While the WetLink Penetrator can be used with a variety of cables, official specifications and validated performance apply only to specific tested cables.
