The HAT features an onboard M.2 (NGFF) Key B slot, which supports a range of 5G modules, including the SIM82XX and RM5XX series. The HAT+ standard design incorporates an I2C EEPROM for storing HAT+ ID and product information, and it supports stackable expansion with the Raspberry Pi 40PIN GPIO.
