Trial and error but does work

General It would be nice to have a real data sheet for this. It basically says it runs on 5v but nothing about it's resistance characteristics (min/max), polarity, light frequency it's sensative to etc. Had to play to figure it out and still not 100% sure. Is there a real part number somewhere and a real datasheet?
