Except for the plastic support, everything else from that product is good quality for the price. Works very well and no glitch while displaying things on it. Touch screen work smoothly and with good acuracy.

I initially bought my Pi for my robot, but it draws too much power. So I thought turn it into a stand alone Linux computer instead connected to mains.

Worked right away with my Raspberry Pi 3. No need for additional software. Was able to mount the "Pi" to the back with its case. I drilled holes in the case, mounted that, then installed the "Pi" into the case. Attaching the support brackets is a bit of a challenge as you must lift the circuit card (gently!) to slide on the brackets. Can do this when mounting the "Pi" as must remove the plexiglass back either way. Five stars for the hardware, six stars for RobotShop's great service, but four stars for the documentation (what I could find).
