- Training & Onboarding: If you are accepted after the interview, we will provide you with the necessary training and resources to get you started as an integrator.
- Lead Assignment: Once you're onboard, we match you with qualified leads for integration projects.
- Project Execution: You will work directly with customers, using your interpersonal and technical skills to integrate robotics solutions into their operations. Our technical team is always available for support.
- After-Sales Support: RobotShop first handles customer inquiries and issues, so you can focus on the integration work. However, be prepared to be deployed to the field if necessary.
We welcome skilled individuals and professionals with a passion for robotics and technology. While previous experience in robotics is preferred, we also accept individuals with technical expertise and a background in integration, especially in industries like consumer electronics or automation. Integrators are compensated based on the complexity and scope of each project. RobotShop ensures that your expertise and time are fairly valued, offering competitive rates for all integration services. The compensation structure will be outlined during your onboarding, so you’ll know exactly what to expect for each project.
Payment is typically made via bank transfer, and you will be paid every 2 weeks according to the projects implemented.
The implementation can take anywhere from half a day to several days, depending on the complexity of the project and the number of robots involved.
The training will be a mix of virtual meetings and hands-on training with robots at RobotShop’s “Living Lab” in Mirabel, Quebec, or at other locations as the network continues to grow.
Absolutely. RobotShop offers extensive resources and support to help you select the ideal robots for your clients' needs. Additionally, our team is available to provide guidance on specific project requirements. However, keep in mind that you do not need to prospect for clients yourself, as we will provide the leads. If you have customers interested in robotic solutions, we are absolutely here to help as well.
