La Manivela Ajustable Sherline Zero 2" Eje Y (Métrico) ofrece a los maquinistas la capacidad de reiniciar la manivela a cero o a cualquier configuración deseada durante las operaciones de mecanizado. Esta característica, comúnmente encontrada en herramientas de máquina de tamaño completo, ahora está disponible para las herramientas de máquina miniatura de Sherline. La manivela se instala fácilmente liberando un solo tornillo de fijación, permitiendo una operación rápida y eficiente. Al liberar la tuerca de bloqueo negra y ajustar el collar rojo de la manivela a cero, los usuarios pueden controlar con precisión la cantidad de avance sin la necesidad de cálculos complejos, minimizando así errores y ahorrando tiempo.
Esta manivela está diseñada para reemplazar las manivelas estándar de 1⅝” con una versión ajustable de 2”, proporcionando una funcionalidad mejorada. Aunque las manivelas más grandes de 2½” están disponibles, no se recomienda su uso simultáneo en el tornillo de avance del torno y el contrapunto debido a la posible interferencia. Sin embargo, pueden ser utilizadas en otras partes de la máquina. La manivela está disponible en versiones tanto en pulgadas como métricas, atendiendo a diversas preferencias de medición.
Para el eje Z del molino o la columna de fresado vertical, está disponible una manivela especial de 2½” de diámetro, equipada con un conjunto de rodamiento de empuje de bolas para aliviar el estrés de la acción de elevación vertical. Esta característica es particularmente beneficiosa para las máquinas más nuevas, aunque los modelos más antiguos pueden ser actualizados para incorporar esta tecnología avanzada. Los números grabados en los collares están orientados para una óptima legibilidad dependiendo del eje de instalación, asegurando facilidad de uso y precisión en la operación.

If you are not satisfied for whatever reason with a Product you bought on the Site, it is possible to return it for refund within 30 days from the date you received it unless otherwise indicated in the Product listing. You must first advise the Vendor associated with your order in your account to obtain a return authorization (‘’RA’’) number before returning a Product. (‘’RA’’) numbers are valid for 30 days, within which time the returned Products should be received by the Vendor. No returns will be accepted without having previously obtained an (‘’RA’’) number. The Product must then be returned in its original packaging (in perfect condition for resale) with its receipt and your (‘’RA’’) number. Reimbursement will be denied for any Products which do not conform to the above mentioned conditions.
Build-it-yourself Robot Parts are not refundable once assembled. Robots & Kits requiring assembly or soldering are also not refundable once assembled, soldered or modified in any way. All sales of robotic software and apps are final and cannot be refunded or exchanged. Returns are not accepted on special orders and clearance items except when they are found defective, in which case the Product may be repaired or replaced at the Vendor’s discretion. 20% Restocking fees may apply if you are returning a large quantity of the same Product that was ordered specifically for you from the manufacturer.
Please note that all items will be reimbursed within 7 to 14 days of receiving the Product (shipping fees excluded). You must also cover the cost of returning the Product. Shipping fees will only be refunded if the return is a result of a shipping error on our part. Cleaning fees of USD 100 may also be charged if a domestic robot is returned and has not been properly cleaned.
