The 25mm 24V 40RPM Brushless DC Gear Motor (JGA25 2418) is composed of a brushless high speed motor and a gearbox to form a complete DC brushless geared motor. This motor has many benefits, including a long life (approximately 10 times that of a brushed motor), low noise, stable and reliable performance, reverse capability, pulse signal output, and PWM speed regulation. Additionally, no sparks are generated when the motor is running, and it is controlled by frequency conversion technology, making it more energy efficient than a carbon brush motor. It also has overcurrent and stall overload protection.

The motor has two rated voltages, DC 12V and DC 24V. For DC 12V, the no load speed options are 8.5rpm/11rpm/19rpm/25rpm/42rpm/55rpm/93rpm/122rpm/204rpm/453rpm/990rpm, and the rated torque range is from 0.03 to 4 KG.CM, with a stall torque range of 0.2 to 24KG. For DC 24V, the no load speed options are 17.5rpm/23rpm/38rpm/50rpm/85rpm/111rpm/186rpm/245rpm/408rpm/900rpm/1977rpm, and the rated torque range is from 0.15 to 16.5 KG.CM, with a stall torque range of 0.6 to 24KG. It is recommended that the project load does not exceed the rated torque. The motor can rotate clockwise (CW) or counterclockwise (CCW), and it supports reverse. The shaft shape of the motor is D type, and all dimensions of the motor can be found in the size chart. The speed of the motor can be adjusted using a speed controller, and this motor and speed controller are sold in combination.
