The Cubemars RI100 KV105 Frameless Inrunning Torque Motor for Robots features high torque density, strong dynamic, low cogging torque, smooth running, low noise, and delicate performance. It has a 0.5mm clearance on the edge of the stator for better installation, and an excellent copper fill factor to meet high torque density and dynamics. The overall height of the rotor is increased by 2mm, which is beneficial for the rotor to sense the hall sensor when it is installed. This motor design has a curved permanent magnet BEMF sinus for easy control, and it can work in environments ranging from 40degC to 85degC. It also has encoder options for high resolution, high precision control with 0.01 degrees accuracy, including those from Renishaw and Sick. This motor is suitable for applications such as exoskeleton, medical equipment, aerospace, and cobot arm.
