Ami runs on Tritium, Engineered Arts' proprietary robot operating system combining a cloud-based AI conversational engine with a lightweight Linux-based operating system and a fully web-based management interface accessible from any internet-connected browser. Tritium AI integrates speech recognition, natural language processing, and text-to-speech into a unified platform supporting multilingual interactions and customizable persona configurations. The included Agent Builder connects directly to existing tools and LLMs, allowing operators to define behavior profiles, curate knowledge bases, build specific roles and tasks, and adjust communication styles to meet specific brand or institutional requirements — all through a no-code, role-based setup.
