A steel ball is strictly selected to effectively control the
clearance of the ball screw so that the high accuracy
requirement can be easily met. The positioning repeat
ability can be up to ± 0.003 mm.

The position, speed, and thrust parameters are programmable
to implement essential functions of pushing, pulling, pressing,
and positioning at high speed. Either the position mode or
