The Oside Robotics 4WD-T Carbon Fiber Platform is engineered for both ease of customization and immediate operation. Its compact, low-profile design allows it to navigate through tight spaces, making it ideal for inspection tasks in challenging environments, such as beneath vehicles, within buildings, or inside pipelines.

The 4WD-T Inspection Platform comes equipped with a versatile 180-degree tilt mechanism. Its attachment features a built-in magnet and LED ring for enhanced functionality. Simply attach your cell phone to the platform and seamlessly stream high-quality video via Wi-Fi or a 5G network to your laptop, tablet, or phone (Please note that software is not provided, but a wide range of open-source programs is available for use). The digital video transmission ensures a clear and interference-free experience, addressing issues commonly associated with radio transmission, such as signal quality and reliability.

Crafted with precision, the carbon fiber frame and its components have been CNC-machined to achieve an ideal fit. The incorporation of carbon fiber panels results in a platform that is both robust and lightweight.

Powered by two 4S 5500mAh LiPo batteries and enhanced with custom tuning, the platform can operate for up to 8 hours when precision is prioritized over speed. The batteries are charged externally through waterproof connectors and designed to provide real-time battery level monitoring via on-screen display and audible alerts. To prevent damage, the platform automatically shuts down when battery levels reach critical levels. The robust, Hardcase LiPo batteries are designed to withstand vibrations and rough use, making them less prone to failure. Batteries and all components are securely attached to the platform body, preventing any rattling or loosening.

The platform offers exceptional control thanks to its skid steering and grippy tires. The standard bead lock rims allow for easy tire replacement or upgrades, further enhancing its versatility. This setup is perfectly paired with four powerful 313rpm planetary gear motors, making it ready to conquer any terrain. The wheels are directly mounted and secured onto the motor shaft adapter.

To ensure the platform's safety, the transmitter comes with a programmed safety switch that needs to be released before use. The main power switches on the platform are equipped with red LED rings, indicating when the platform is powered ON.

All lights on the platform can be turned ON with a press of a switch, and they are brighter than most flashlights. This ensures that you will never lose orientation of which direction the platform is facing.

When Reverse Steering is activated through a dedicated switch on the controller, it makes the platform controls operate as if the back were the front. This is especially useful when filming objects behind but going forward.
