Description

  • Shark-7 Servo Gearbox (0.98 Sec/60°, 10 rpm, 3304 Oz-in Torque, 360° Rotation)
  • Engineered for 360° rotation with 3304 oz-in torque
  • Mounts securely with versatile goBILDA® compatibility
  • Connects seamlessly to R/C, Arduino, and Raspberry Pi
  • Offers both feedback and continuous rotation modes
  • Enhances performance with Hitec brushless, titanium servo

The Shark-7 Servo Gearbox (0.98 Sec/60°, 10 rpm, 3304 Oz-in Torque, 360° Rotation) is engineered with a Hitec HSR-M9382TH brushless, titanium geared servo, featuring a 7:1 external gear ratio to enhance torque and precision while reducing range. The servo is securely mounted within the gearbox, isolating the load to a steel hub-shaft supported by ball bearings, thus safeguarding the servo from axial loads. The gearbox is designed for versatile mounting options, compatible with the goBILDA® system through M4 threaded holes. The hub-shaft's 8mm REX bore can accommodate an 8mm REX shaft or serve as a wire pass-through. This servo gearbox functions similarly to a standard servo but offers greater range and torque, maintaining identical control signals. It can connect to various controllers such as R/C receivers, Arduino, Raspberry Pi, or REV controllers, and remains FTC legal as it is unmodified. Available in both feedback and continuous modes, the gearbox allows for position control or speed and direction control, respectively, with the ability to switch modes using a DPC-11 servo programmer.
