The SLAMTEC Rplidar LPX-T1 Laser LIDAR represents a pioneering advancement in medium and long-range laser LIDAR technology. Developed by SLAMTEC, this high-performance device is capable of scanning distances up to 40 meters with an expansive scanning angle of 270 degrees. It boasts a robust resistance to light, capable of withstanding up to 80,000 lux, and a high sampling frequency that reaches 60,000 times per second. This enables the generation of real-time point cloud maps, ensuring precise environmental perception and navigation capabilities. Although specifically designed for Automated Guided Vehicle (AGV) scenarios, its versatility extends to service robots and lightweight autonomous vehicles, making it an exemplary choice for robot localization and mapping.
The LPX-T1 utilizes advanced DTOF laser ranging technology coupled with a high-speed signal solution to deliver real-time, millimeter-level precision in distance and location detection. The consistency of ranging resolution is maintained across all distances, and the technology is adept at detecting objects of various materials and shapes, including those that are black, highly reflective, or even transparent.
