The SparkFun Qwiic 5V Boost - AP3012K facilitates the integration of 5V I2C devices within a 3.3V Qwiic ecosystem. It converts 3.3V I2C signals and power to 5V, suitable for powering peripherals such as RGB LEDs and DC fans used in air quality sensors. The board includes 3V3/5V jumpers to independently set the logic levels of I2C signals, allowing connection to devices requiring either 3.3V or 5V. Additionally, its logic-level shifting mechanism can be applied to other communication interfaces, enhancing its versatility.
