The Unitree Z1 Gripper w/ Intel Realsense D405 is a sophisticated robotic gripper designed for precision and efficiency in handling tasks. This device integrates a mechanical claw with the advanced Intel RealSense D405, enabling it to perform proximity recognition with an ideal distance range of 7cm to 50cm. This feature allows the gripper to accurately detect and interact with objects within its operational vicinity, making it suitable for various applications that require precise object manipulation.
The gripper is engineered to deliver a robust performance with a maximum holding force of 200N at the tiger's mouth and 150N at the fingertip. This ensures a secure grip on objects, minimizing the risk of slippage during operation. The device is capable of a maximum opening and closing angle of 90 degrees, allowing it to accommodate a wide range of object sizes. The opening and closing mechanism is efficient, completing its cycle in just 0.5 seconds, which enhances the overall speed and productivity of tasks.
Operating at a voltage of 24V and a peak power of 70W, the Unitree Z1 Gripper is designed to be both powerful and energy-efficient. It utilizes the RS485 communication mode, ensuring reliable and stable data transmission for seamless integration into various robotic systems. The gripper's weight ranges from 700g to 750g, making it a lightweight yet durable option for robotic applications.
*Note: Ensure proper handling and installation to avoid injury or damage to the device.

The RA number must be included with the return.
Products must be returned in unused, unmodified condition (e.g., no scratches, alterations, missing parts, or signs of installation/use) and in their original packaging, suitable for resale.
Shipping fees are non-refundable. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in cases of a product confirmed defective through RobotShop's troubleshooting process or of a verified shipping error by RobotShop.
Refunds are processed within 7 days after receipt and inspection of the returned item.
A $100 cleaning fee may apply to domestic robots returned in used or unclean condition.
A 20% restocking fee may apply to large-quantity returns of items ordered specifically for the customer from the manufacturer or not part of RobotShop's standard inventory.
